Stepping into the first floor, hidden treasures of Tibet shine brightly—this is the brilliant starry river of ancient Tibetan civilization, where each star is an unfinished story, and each treasure tells of the profound depth of Tibetan culture. From mysterious ritual implements to exquisite ornaments, it takes you through time and space to appreciate the charm of a thousand years of heritage.
Leaping to the third floor, intangible cultural heritage treasures point to the sky—within the cold light of the ancient Tibetan sword reflects the bravery and wisdom of the Tibetan people; the delicate patterns of the water-patterned knife narrate the pinnacle legend of forging art. The intangible cultural heritage exhibition hall invites you to admire splendid chapters sculpted by time.
Strolling on the fourth floor, colorful Shambhala is as picturesque as a painting—this is a brilliant stage for Tibetan clothing, a kaleidoscope of production tools and daily necessities. Each exhibit is a vivid ethnic scene, allowing you to feel the diversity and inclusiveness of Tibetan culture amidst colors and lines.
Above the fifth floor, Thangka art shines brilliantly—thousands of precious Thangkas, like countless stars, illuminate the sky of Tibetan Buddhist culture. Each Thangka is a miniature epic that tells of the compassion and wisdom of deities, guiding you into a sacred and mysterious artistic hall.
At the top of the eighth floor, a three-dimensional mandala shocks the soul—the world's largest indoor 3D Kalachakra Vajra mandala, resplendent and grand. With five layers of mandala and 1,177 Buddha statues, each embodies the devotion and craftsmanship of Tibetan artisans. Within the mandala lie grains and rare treasures, symbols of Tibetan faith and wisdom, allowing you to grasp the essence of life amidst awe.
On the eleventh floor high above, a 360° panorama captures everything in sight—standing here, you feel as if you are at the end of the world, overlooking the boundless beauty of Shangri-La. Majestic snow-capped mountains, vast grasslands, and rolling seas of clouds; every scene is a masterpiece of nature that lets you feel the vastness and beauty of life in tranquility.
